Senior Management       Ken Richards Managing Director Mr Richards was a founding Director of the Group and is currently one of the Company’s substantial shareholders.  Mr Richards holds a Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration degrees from University of Western Australia.  He is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and an Associate of the Securities Institute of Australia.  Ken has over 25 years experience in senior management roles in the agribusiness and finance industry.
