Olea Australis Limited subsidiaries include: Dandaragan Olives Management Ltd A wholly owned subsidiary, Dandaragan Olives Management Ltd carries out all management functions with respect to the olive groves including the establishment and ongoing management of the olive grove and the annual harvesting of olives.  This company is the RESPONSIBLE ENTITY for the company's Managed Investment Schemes. Dandaragan Olive Holdings Ltd A wholly owned subsidiary that owns the property on which the olive grove was established. Olea Australis Processing Pty Ltd A wholly owned subsidiary that owns the processing infrastructure that is used in the processing of olives for the Group as well as Contract Processing for other projects in the Moore River region of Western Australia. Olea Australis Marketing Pty Ltd A wholly owner subsidiary that owns, produces, markets and sells branded products such as Dandaragan Estate Ultra Premium Extra Virgin Olive Oil, as well as bulk oil.
